OVERVIEW

The product of over a century of size reduction experience, the Rotary DeClumper represents the newest addition to Munson's size reduction line. It is designed for dry powder de-agglomeration, reducing scrap product, or compacted, lumpy, and hard friable materials from silos, bags or bulk sacks.

The Rotary DeClumper is a heavy duty, dual-rotor mill that is inexpensive, simple to maintain, and trouble free. It is designed for cost-effective, rapid, in-line lump breaking, de-agglomerating, or situations where high speed and high horsepower are not required. It is available in a variety of materials such as carbon steel, #304 and #316 stainless steel, abrasion resistant steel (AR-235), and in sanitary construction.

Sizes range from a 3 HP 15" X 15" model to a 40 HP 36" X 48" model with classifying screen sizes from 1/32" to 2 ½". Feed hoppers and support structures are available as options.

The Rotary DeClumper is ideal for such applications as salt, sugar, or oxide lump breaking, or for easy-to-break items such as glass.
