RX Rotary Indexing Table

• Three basic models available - 30", 51" and 72" table diameters
• Normally equipped with 4 to 8 working spindles - can be furnished with infinite number per customer requirements
• Dial mechanism has cam controlled harmonic DC drive for superior precision
• Index/dwell cycle is adjustable and timer controlled up to production capacity of 1800/hour
• Spindle rotation is powered by infinitely variable DC drive
• Fixture spindles are mounted via sealed ball bearings
• Electrical controls are custom designed per application to JIC specifications
• Optional Universal master chucks, vacuum chucks and customized fixtures

  • Designed for buffing, polishing, heavy cutting and coloring
  • Heavy-duty construction with 5 to 15 HP drives
  • Available with variable speed drives
  • Optional multi-adjustable axes

• Model SF Satin Finishing Head
  • Designed for buffing, satin finishing & polishing
  • 1 to 5 HP drives
  • Available with DC variable-speed drive or AC variable frequency/speed
  • Optional multi-adjustable axes, enabling operation in any plane
