For radius and contour grinding applications

• Capable of finishing circular, cylindrical and curved surfaces via cam control
• High speed radius and contour stock removal for forgings, castings, stainless steels, exotic metals, plastics and even wooden parts

• Hydraulically operated high-pressure oscillating fixture spindle powered by variable displacement pump system
• Spindle oscillation arc adjustable from 0-360°
• Also available with uni-directional/bi-directional rotating spindle
• Infinitely variable infeed slide rides on ball bearing, machine tool, linear ways
• JIC electrical controls in NEMA 12 construction. Includes fused disconnects, reduced voltage circuits and podium mounted operator's station with pushbutton controls

XR Workholder

For light duty polishing applications, this inexpensive, rotating spindle work holder lifts the burden from your operators. Single axis pivoting base design with vertically adjustable powered swivel spindle. In combination with a Munson Lathe, workholder is suitable for buffing, polishing or abrasive belt grinding parts.
